Contractors must submit applications for issuance of tender documents to GE (Army)-1 Sialkot within fifteen days of the advertisement, together with their complete credentials and previous-work particulars. Applications will be scrutinized, and tender documents will be issued only to contractors with sufficient experience in the relevant field who satisfy the special conditions required for the work.
Sealed tenders must reach the office of the accepting officer by 17 November 2026 at 11:30 a.m. Tenders will be opened on the same date at 12:00 noon. Contractors wishing to attend may be present at the opening.
All contractors must certify in writing that they are registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and submit a copy of their registration. Firms and contractors without PEC registration are ineligible for issuance of tender documents.
Contractors on the approved MES list in category E and above, with experience in this type of work, should apply. Firms and contractors outside the approved MES list must also furnish a statement covering similar works executed during the last two years and works currently in hand. The statement must include the work name, agency, amount in rupees, time allowed in months, commencement date, completion date and percentage progress of work in hand.
The accepting officer reserves the right to accept or reject tenders. Rejected tenders will be dealt with under paragraph 33(i) of the PPRA Rules.
Interested parties may contact GE (Army)-1 Sialkot or an authorized representative for further details between 8:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. on working days.
