The procurement will follow the Public Procurement Rules, 2026, and applicable regulations, regulatory guides, procurement guidelines and instructions issued by the authority from time to time.
Bids must include the bid security required in the Bid Security Section of the bidding documents, in the form of a pay order or demand draft, or a bid-securing declaration in the format required by the bidding documents.

Interested bidders must register on EPADS v2.0 to participate.
Bids prepared according to the instructions in the electronic bidding documents must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 by the submission deadline. Manual bid submissions will not be entertained.
