MNS THQ Hospital Kot Sultan Canteen Tender 2026–27

The Medical Superintendent, MNS Tehsil Headquarters Hospital, Kot Sultan, invites tenders for the hospital canteen contract for 2026–27. Tender proceedings will take place in the Medical Superintendent’s office on Monday, 23 November 2026.

Tender particulars and conditions may be obtained from the Medical Superintendent’s office during office hours. Tender documents may be collected until 10:00 AM on 23 November 2026.

The contract will remain valid until 30 June 2027 and may be extended for one year subject to satisfactory performance. Rejection of a tender will not establish a right to compensation or a claim.

The CDR must be issued in favour of the Medical Superintendent, MNS Tehsil Headquarters Hospital, Kot Sultan. The successful contractor must execute the required agreement on Rs. 100 stamp paper and comply with the contract conditions.

Contractors must pay taxes in accordance with government rules. Participating companies or firms must be registered with the Income Tax Department and attach a copy of their National Tax Number (NTN). The competent authority reserves the right to reject a bid without assigning a reason.

The first bidding date is 23 November 2026, with a repeat bidding date of 30 November 2026.
