Horticulture Agency Lahore E-Auction of Digital Advertising Rights at Pine Avenue Road

Horticulture Agency, Lahore invites offers from reputable advertising firms registered with the agency and national or multinational companies registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan or Registrar of Firms for the installation and advertising rights of digital advertising media at Pine Avenue Road, Lahore.

Participation requests must be submitted through the e-auction portal at https://phaeauction.punjab.gov.pk/login. Advertisers can register online through the eBiz Punjab Portal and submit their bidding documents by 20 November 2026. The online participation request must be accompanied by an online deposit of the bid security at least five days before the auction.

The e-auction will take place on 25 November 2026, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

The successful bidder will bear the installation cost and run and operate the advertising media for commercial advertisements. Advertising firms with valid Horticulture Agency, Lahore registration and duly registered national or multinational companies are eligible to participate. National and multinational companies may display only their own products on the designated media; other commercial messages will not be permitted.

The agency may reject all bids or proposals at any time before accepting a bid or proposal. The PPRA website is https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk/View/Tender.aspx. The response period will be calculated exclusively from the date of publication of the advertisement on the PPRA website.
