Bank of Punjab Auction of 8 Honda Civic Vehicles in Lahore – 12 November 2026

The Bank of Punjab, Transport Department, invites sealed bids on plain paper for the sale of eight Honda Civic vehicles under BOP Auction-2026 on an “as is, where is” basis. The reserve price will be displayed on each vehicle at the inspection site.

Each bid must include a photocopy of the bidder’s CNIC and a security deposit equal to 10% of the total bid amount in the form of a U.C. Call Deposit in the name of The Bank of Punjab. Bids must be dropped in the bid box on the first floor by 2:45 PM on 12 November 2026. Late bids will not be entertained. Bids will be opened at 3:00 PM on the same day.

Submit a separate sealed envelope for each vehicle and clearly mention the vehicle registration number on the envelope so that the correct bid is opened on auction day. The submission address is Transport Department, The Bank of Punjab, 1st Floor, Head Office BOP Tower, 10-B, Block E/II, Main Boulevard Gulberg III, Lahore.

After opening the sealed bids for an individual vehicle, the bank may, at its discretion, offer all bidders the option of open bidding. The bank reserves the right to reject any or all bids without assigning a reason.

Successful bidders must also deposit withholding tax for each vehicle at 10% for filers and 20% for non-filers, in accordance with prevailing laws. The vehicle will be transferred to the successful bidder or nominee after full payment.

Security deposits of unsuccessful bidders will be returned after four working days of the auction. Successful bidders who participate in the open auction cannot withdraw their bids; withdrawal will result in forfeiture of bid security and cancellation of the bid.

Vehicles will be handed over after approval by the competent authority. Successful bidders must deposit the balance amount and applicable withholding tax within seven working days of intimation. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the security deposit and cancellation of the bid.

Vehicles may be inspected at 15-Race Course, China Chowk, Lahore, on working days from Monday to Friday, between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM.
