NADRA Tender NADRA-HQ-RFB-124/2026 for SIEM and EDR Licenses, Support and Maintenance

The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA), Ministry of Interior & Narcotics Control, Government of Pakistan, invites sealed electronic bids for the procurement of licenses, support and maintenance for SIEM and EDR technology. The tender number is NADRA-HQ-RFB-124/2026, with EPADS v2.0 reference P187554.

Eligible bidders must be registered for Income Tax and Sales Tax and included in the Federal Board of Revenue’s Active Taxpayers List (ATL). Bidders must also register on EPADS v2.0 to participate.

The Single Stage–Two Envelope method will be adopted, and LCBS will be used for evaluation in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004, and applicable regulations, regulatory guides, procurement guidelines and instructions issued by the authority.

All bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of a bank draft, pay order or bank guarantee, submitted by the stated deadline. Electronic bids must be prepared in accordance with the instructions in the e-bidding documents and submitted through EPADS v2.0. Manual bid submissions will not be accepted.

E-bidding documents containing detailed terms and conditions, specifications and requirements are available to interested registered bidders through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) at https://epads.gov.pk/opportunities/federal/procurements/187554.

NADRA reserves the right to reject all bids under Rule 45 of PP Rules 2026. The procuring agency will not be responsible for technical issues affecting the bidder’s module on EPADS; bidders are solely responsible for timely submission.
