SBP Banking Services Corporation IT Procurement e-Tenders – Closing 23 November 2026

SBP Banking Services Corporation invites electronic bids for five IT procurements under National Competitive Bidding. Bidders must be registered with PPRA for e-procurement on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (e-PADS 1.0), hold Income Tax and Sales Tax registration, and be on the Federal Board of Revenue's Active Taxpayers List (ATL).

All five tenders close on Monday, 23 November 2026, at 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM on e-PADS 1.0.

The procurement method is the Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure under Rule 27(h) of the Public Procurement Rules 2026. E-bidding documents containing detailed terms and conditions, specifications and requirements are available to registered bidders on e-PADS 1.0 at https://www.eprocure.gov.pk/.

Each procurement requires a separate electronic bid submitted through e-PADS 1.0 by the closing date and time. Manual bids will not be accepted. Every bid must be accompanied by the applicable bid security in an acceptable form in favour of SBP Banking Services Corporation. Bidders must upload a scanned copy of the bid security to e-PADS 1.0 and deliver the original bid security to the procuring agency on or before the bid submission deadline. Failure to submit the original bid security by the deadline will result in rejection of the electronic bid.
