The Military Lands and Cantonments Department, Cantonment Board Nowshera, invites bids for the rental of shops, halls and pharmacy premises in Nowshera Cantonment. The auction schedule covers 24 and 25 November 2026. Proceedings will take place at 2:00 p.m. at the Cantonment Board office.

Participants must obtain the bidding token and present their national identity card. The security deposit is equivalent to 10% of the annual reserve rent. Successful bidders must complete the required payment formalities within seven days. Rent will increase by 10% annually.
Successful bidders are responsible for utility bills and must comply with the Cantonment Board’s tenancy conditions. Alterations to the premises require the Board’s permission. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject bids.
