PRIMACO Tender for MONARCH Elevator Control System Spare Parts in Islamabad

Pakistan Real Estate Investment & Management Company (Private) Limited (PRIMACO), a wholly owned subsidiary of the Employees’ Old-Age Benefits Institution (EOBI), Government of Pakistan, invites electronic bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the procurement of spare parts for installation of a MONARCH electronic control system in ORONA passenger elevators Nos. 01, 02 and 04 at Plot Nos. 17 and 18, Fine Dining & Office Complex (FDOC), I-8 Markaz, Islamabad.

Procurement will be conducted through PPRA/EPADS Version 2.00 using the Single Stage–One Envelope procedure and Least Cost Selection, in accordance with Public Procurement Rules and Regulations.

Bidding documents are available at www.epads.gov.pk. Bidders must submit a mandatory, non-refundable bid fee of Rs. 5,000 and refundable bid security of PKR 250,000 before the bid submission deadline. Bid security must be furnished as a Deposit at Call, Pay Order or Bank Guarantee in the standard format, in favour of PRIMACO Islamabad, NTN 2795350-5, at the address below.

Bids will be opened through PPRA EPADS Version 2.00 at the scheduled date and time. Incomplete, late or conditional bids, joint ventures and consortiums will not be allowed. PRIMACO reserves the right to accept or reject all bids in accordance with Public Procurement Rules and Regulations.
