WAPDA Employees Co-operative Housing Society Ltd. (WECHS), Faisalabad, invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) and applications for prequalification/enlistment of construction firms for the construction and development of WAPDA City Phase 2. The project aims to establish an advanced, high-tech, self-sustained, environmentally friendly and futuristically developed housing scheme.
Eligible construction firms must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in Category C-2 or above and with other relevant professional institutes. Firms must indicate their expertise in the following areas:

| Infrastructure Works | Asphaltic roads, main boulevards, pathways and storm-water drainage networks. |
| Utilities | Underground electrification, street lighting, water supply distribution and sewerage networks. |
| Civil Works | Boundary walls, main gate structures, overhead and underground water tanks, and community buildings. |
| Horticulture and Landscaping | Green belts, parks and plantation work. |
Firms must submit the following documents and information with their Expression of Interest:

| 3 | Copy of Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) registration showing current status. |

| 5 | Detailed firm profile, including a list of permanent professional staff and their CVs, showing project-wise experience and the exact duration of each project. |
| 6 | List of similar works completed during the last ten years and similar works in hand, indicating the total cost of each work, the cost of construction services received against it, its start date, and its completion or expected completion date. |
| 7 | Details of construction equipment and proof of ownership. |
| 8 | Certificate or affidavit confirming that the firm is not blacklisted by any government, authority or body operating in the private sector. |
| 9 | Details of enlistment with various organizations. |
| 10 | Audited statements of accounts for the last five years. |
Technical and financial proposals for the works will be invited only from prequalified firms.
EOIs and applications must reach the society office, addressed to the General Secretary, WAPDA Employees Cooperative Housing Society Ltd., WAPDA City, Faisalabad, by 19 November 2026 at 1:00 PM. Late or incomplete applications will not be entertained.
