PCMMDC Faisalabad Tender for Security Services at Niamoana and Jhang Cattle Markets

Punjab Cattle Market Management & Development Company (PCMMDC), Faisalabad Division, invites bids from eligible, registered security service companies and firms for security services at its model cattle markets. PCMMDC is a Section 42 company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2017. Tender No. PCMMDC-FD/Admin-01/2026-27 will follow the Single Stage–Single Envelope Bidding Procedure under the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014.

The estimated procurement price is Rs. 6,312,320. Bid security equal to 5% of the estimated price must be submitted through the prescribed Digital/Bid Bank Guarantee mechanism on the e-Procurement Portal by the closing date and time.

Bids must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk/ by 23 November 2026 at 10:00 AM. Manual bids will not be accepted. Bids will be opened electronically on the same day at 10:30 AM through the portal, in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives who choose to attend.

Bidders must hold a valid security services licence or registration issued by the competent authority, a valid NTN, and active STN/PRA registration. They must also satisfy all eligibility criteria in the bidding documents.

Quoted rates must include all applicable taxes, statutory contributions and other costs, including compliance with applicable minimum wage requirements, EOBI, PESSI, insurance and labour laws. The required number of guards may be increased or decreased subject to the bidding documents, operational requirements, contract, approved budget and applicable procurement rules. Bids must remain valid for 90 days from the closing date.

The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014. The PPRA website URL is https://ep.punjab.gov.pk/, and the response time will be calculated exclusively from the date of publication of the advertisement on the PPRA website.
