TPL Trakker Limited Postal Ballot Notice for AGM on November 27, 2026

TPL Trakker Limited invites shareholders to vote by postal ballot on special business at its Annual General Meeting (AGM), scheduled for Friday, November 27, 2026, at 10:30 a.m. at Dr. Shamshad Akhter Auditorium, Stock Exchange Building, Exchange Road, Karachi.

Under Regulation 8(2) of the Companies (Postal Ballot) Regulations, 2018, members may cast their votes using the postal ballot paper accessible on the company's website. The following special resolutions will be considered and, if thought fit, passed with or without modification under Section 199 of the Companies Act, 2017:

Shareholders must enter their name or joint shareholders' names, registered address, number of shares held, folio number and CNIC number, and attach a copy of their CNIC. Representatives of a body corporate, corporation or the Federal Government must provide additional information and enclosures. For each resolution, enter the number of ordinary shares for which votes are cast and place a tick in the appropriate box to indicate assent (FOR) or dissent (AGAINST), deleting the inapplicable option. Complete the shareholder signature, place and date fields.

The duly completed ballot must reach the chairman by November 26, 2026, either by email at [email protected] or by post to Mr. Jameel Yusuf, TPL Properties Limited, 20 Floor, Sky Tower-East Wing, Dolmen City, HC-3, Block 4, Abdul Sattar Edhi Avenue, Clifton, Karachi. Postal submissions should be delivered during working hours.

Ballots received after November 26, 2026, will not be considered for voting. The signature on the ballot must match the signature on the CNIC. Incomplete, unsigned, incorrect, defaced, torn, mutilated or overwritten ballot papers will be rejected.
