The High Court of Sindh, Karachi, has issued a proclamation of sale under CPC Order 21, Rule 66, in Suit No. 1302/2020, Hyder Panhwar and Another versus Farhat Parveen and Others. By an order dated 19 July 2024, the Court directed the auction or sale of the properties belonging to the deceased, late Manzoor Hussain Panhwar, son of late Haji Khan Panhwar.

The sale covers only the deceased's right, title and interest in the properties. Purchasers must satisfy themselves regarding title. The properties are in the possession of the defendants.

The auction will take place on 7 December 2026 at 2:00 p.m. at the Nazir Office. Prospective purchasers may apply at the Nazir Office to inspect the properties on 3 December 2026 between 2:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m.
