MCI EOI: Digital LED Branding on 10 Pedestrian Bridges — Islamabad VIP Corridor

The Metropolitan Corporation Islamabad (Directorate of Municipal Administration) invites Expressions of Interest from national and multinational companies for the installation, operation and maintenance of Digital LED branding screens on 10 pedestrian bridges (8 on Islamabad Expressway, 2 on Srinagar Highway) under a three (3) year MoU. Eligible firms may be allocated up to three screens each; routine display time of 50–70% may be used by the selected company while remaining time is reserved for MCI and other government agencies. During VIP/VVIP or diplomatic movements screens will display content provided by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, MCI or other authorized government agencies. Third-party advertising, leasing or sublicensing is not permitted and the selected company will bear all installation, operation and maintenance costs.

EOIs must be submitted in hard copy before 16 July 2025. Technical presentations are scheduled for 17 July 2026 at 2:00 PM. EOI documents are available immediately after publication; applicants should have valid registration, sound financial standing and demonstrated technical capability.
