PAA Tender for Restaurant Concessions at Allama Iqbal International Airport Lahore

Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA) invites tenders from registered companies, firms, joint ventures and sole proprietors for restaurant concessions at Allama Iqbal International Airport (AIIAP), Lahore. Bidding will follow a single-stage, two-envelope procedure comprising technical and financial offers. Bidders must meet the eligibility criteria and conditions contained in the tender documents.

The licence period is five years from operationalization of the new terminal building, or until finalization of outsourcing of AIIAP, whichever is earlier.

Tender documents may be purchased until 24 November 2026. The non-refundable tender fee is Rs. 5,000 for each concession. For bidding enquiries, contact the Joint Director Commercial, PAA, AIIAP, Lahore, between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. on working days at 042-99240500 or 042-99240503.

Bids must be submitted and will be opened at the C.O.O./APM Office, AIIAP, Lahore, according to the respective schedules above.
