PAMRA Invites Proposals to Operate Kahna Kacha Mandi Mart Lahore on PPP/BOT Basis

The Punjab Agricultural Marketing Regulatory Authority (PAMRA) invites proposals from experienced, reputable and financially sound firms to operate the Mandi Mart at the Vegetable and Fruit Market, Kahna Kacha, Lahore, under a Public-Private Partnership arrangement in BOT mode.

Construction and installation of the Mandi Mart have been completed. A two-kanal area within the market has been allocated for its operation and will be leased through PAMRA.

Interested firms must submit their proposals, together with an application, complete biodata and project proposals, by 4:00 PM on Monday, 23 November 2026.

The applicable terms and conditions may be consulted at the Market Committee Kahna Kacha, Lahore office during office hours. For an on-site inspection, interested firms may contact the Administrator or Chairman of the Vegetable and Fruit Market, Kahna Kacha.
