PKLI Lahore Tender for Procurement of Housekeeping Consumables 2026

Pakistan Kidney and Liver Institute and Research Center (PKLI&RC), Lahore, invites electronic bids from vendors and firms registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax departments or authorities for the procurement of housekeeping consumables. Bidding will follow the PPRA-2014 procedure.

Interested eligible bidders may download the bidding documents and detailed specifications free of charge from https://pkli.org.pk/tenders/. The tender notice and bidding documents are also available through https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk and https://ep.punjab.gov.pk. Bidding documents are available immediately after publication. The tender was uploaded to PPRA on 5 November 2026. The response period will be calculated exclusively from the date of publication on the PPRA website at https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk/ViewTenders.aspx.

Bids must be submitted online through the Punjab e-Procurement System at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk by 23 November 2026 at 11:00 AM. Hard copies of electronic bids are not required. Participating firms and bidders must be registered with the Punjab e-Procurement System. The procuring agency will not be responsible for a firm's failure to submit an electronic bid or for technical or internet failures.

Bid security equal to 2% of the estimated amount must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System in the manner prescribed by PITB/Punjab e-Procurement. Bids must remain valid for 180 days from the opening date, under PPRA Clause 28.

A pre-bid meeting will be held on 10 November 2026 at 11:00 AM in the Supply Chain Department conference room, Tower-A. Bids will be opened on the submission date in the presence of bidders' representatives who choose to attend at the address below. If the submission date falls on an official holiday, the next day will be treated as the closing date.

Eligible bidders may obtain further information from the Supply Chain Department, PKLI&RC, from the publication date during office hours, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM. PKLI&RC will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by bidders in preparing or electronically submitting their bids.

Procurement will be governed by the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014, as amended, and the Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024. Assessment and procurement procedures, including receipt, opening and award, will follow the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. In the event of a conflict between the bidding documents and the PPRA Rules 2014, as amended to date, the rules will prevail.
