AKAHP Construction Contractor Prequalification for Gilgit-Baltistan and Chitral

Aga Khan Agency for Habitat Pakistan (AKAHP) invites applications from experienced and eligible construction contractors for prequalification to undertake various building construction works in Gilgit-Baltistan and Chitral. Contractors with relevant construction project experience, particularly in these areas, are encouraged to apply. Invitation to Bid No.: AKAHP/26/SB/P-06.

Eligibility requirements: Applicants must have valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration in the relevant category; valid registration with FBR and applicable provincial tax authorities; proven experience in building construction and civil works; and experience in successfully completing similar construction projects. They must have qualified engineers, technical staff and skilled labour, along with construction machinery, tools and equipment. Applicants must also demonstrate adequate financial capacity to execute construction works and the ability to mobilize resources and work in remote and mountainous areas of Gilgit-Baltistan and Chitral. They must have no record of blacklisting by any government department or recognized organization.
