JMC Travel Agency Prequalification Tender for Three-Year Framework Agreement

Jinnah Medical Construction Company (JMC), under the Government of Pakistan’s Ministry of National Health Services, Regulation and Coordination, invites eligible national firms to apply for prequalification to provide travel services under an open framework agreement for three years.

JMC is a Government of Pakistan-owned company incorporated under Section 42 of the Companies Act, 2017. The invitation is issued under Tender No. Proc-04/PQ-TA/JMC/2026-27.

Procurement will follow National Competitive Bidding through the Single Stage–One Envelope procedure in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2026. Interested and eligible applicants may download the detailed prequalification documents from the EPADS v2.0 portal at https://vendor.epads.gov.pk/ or JMC’s official website at www.jmc.com.pk.
