SBP BSC Tender for CCTV System Maintenance Services at Field Offices

SBP Banking Services Corporation (BSC), General Services Department, invites electronic bids from eligible bidders registered on EPADS v2.0 for the procurement of maintenance services for CCTV systems installed at different SBP BSC field offices. The procurement reference is P0118372. Funds have been reserved for this procurement for FY 2026–27, and eligible payments will be made under the resulting contract.

The procurement will follow open competitive bidding through the Single Stage–Two Envelope Procedure, using the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2026, and applicable regulations and instructions issued by the Authority.

Each bid must include a bid security of Rs. 450,000, in accordance with the bid security section of the bidding document. Accepted forms are Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, Call at Deposit, Bank Guarantee, or Demand Draft.

A pre-bid meeting will be held through Zoom on Monday, November 16, 2026, at 11:00 AM. The meeting ID and password are included in the bidding documents. Prospective firms may also request these details by emailing [email protected].

Bids prepared according to the electronic bidding documents must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 by Wednesday, November 25, 2026, at 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM. Manual bid submissions will not be entertained.
