The Higher Education Commission (HEC), Islamabad invites applications from Islamabad/Rawalpindi-based firms registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax departments and enlisted on the FBR Active Taxpayers List for pre-qualification (Framework Agreement) for the provision of stationery and contingent items.
Pre-qualification documents (fee Rs.1,000 non-refundable) are available from the Purchase Section (Services Division), Room #1-B6, Basement, Executive Block (I), HEC, Sector H-9, Islamabad or may be downloaded from www.hec.gov.pk upon submission of the fee by bank challan/draft or deposit to HEC Account No. 17427900133401 (Habib Bank Ltd, SRC Branch, H-9). Completed applications must reach the address by 2026-07-28 13:30 hrs; applications will be opened the same day at 14:00 hrs.
