The Federal Directorate of Education (FDE), Ministry of Federal Education & Professional Training, invites sealed proposals for pre-qualification of firms for Event Management Services. Eligible applicants must be reputable service providers with office setups in Rawalpindi and Islamabad and be registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments.
Download Instructions to Bidders (ITB) from the Ministry, FDE, or PPRA websites. Submit proposals electronically through PPRA ePADS (www.eprocure.gov.pk) by 28 July 2026, 10:30 AM (opening 11:00 AM same day).
