FDE Pre-Qualification: Event Management Services (Rawalpindi & Islamabad)

The Federal Directorate of Education (FDE), Ministry of Federal Education & Professional Training, invites sealed proposals for pre-qualification of firms/service providers for Event Management Services. Eligible firms must have offices based in Rawalpindi and Islamabad and be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax authorities; only pre-qualified firms will be eligible to participate in subsequent RFQ Technical/Financial bids.

Proposals must be submitted electronically via PPRA ePADS (www.eprocure.gov.pk) by 2026-07-28 at 10:30 AM; bids will be opened the same day at 11:00 AM. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 2026-07-16 at 11:00 AM in the FDE Committee Room. Applications must include bid security of Rs.200,000/- in favor of DDO, FDE.
