FDE Pre-Qualification for Event Management Firms — RFQs via PPRA ePADS, Closing 28 July 2026

The Federal Directorate of Education (FDE), Ministry of Federal Education & Professional Training, Islamabad, invites sealed proposals for pre-qualification of firms/service providers for Event Management Services under an Open Framework Contract. Only firms pre-qualified through this process will be eligible to participate in subsequent RFQ technical and financial bid invitations.

Eligible firms must have an office in Rawalpindi or Islamabad and be registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments. Instructions to Bidders are available on the Ministry website (https://www.mofept.gov.pk), the FDE website, and the PPRA site. Submit proposals electronically via PPRA ePADS (www.eprocure.gov.pk) by 28 July 2026 at 10:30 AM (opening 11:00 AM). A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 16 July 2026 at 11:00 AM in the FDE Committee Room. Applications must include bid security of Rs.200,000/- in favour of DDO, FDE; submissions by email or other electronic means will not be accepted.
