EOI: Independent Third-Party Performance Evaluation of SPPS Incumbents — Establishment Division

The Establishment Division invites Expressions of Interest from reputable Human Resource Management, management consultancy, or chartered accountancy firms registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax authorities and appearing on the FBR Active Taxpayers List to undertake an independent third-party performance evaluation of incumbents of SPPS positions in ministries/divisions/departments.

Pre-qualification documents and instructions are available at www.establishment.gov.pk, the PPRA website and e-PADS (eprocure.gov.pk). EOI documents must be submitted through e-PADS by 2026-07-27, 11:00 a.m.; submissions will be opened the same day at 11:30 a.m. Manual submissions will not be accepted. The Establishment Division (Cabinet Block, Islamabad) reserves the right to accept or reject bids; a Grievance Redressal Committee is constituted under Rule 48, PPR-2004.
