EOI: Digital LED Branding on Islamabad Expressway & Srinagar Highway (3-Year MOU)

Metropolitan Corporation Islamabad invites Expressions of Interest from national and multinational companies, public sector enterprises, financial institutions, telecom operators, automobile manufacturers, FMCG companies, technology firms, real estate developers and other corporate organizations for the installation, operation and maintenance of Digital LED branding screens on selected pedestrian bridges (8 on Islamabad Expressway and 2 on Srinagar Highway; total 10 locations) under a three (03) year Memorandum of Understanding. A maximum of three screens may be allocated per company; during routine operations 50–70% of display time may be used for the selected company's own branding while remaining time is reserved for MCI and other government agencies. Selected companies will bear all installation, operation and maintenance costs; third-party advertising, sublicensing or sale of advertising time is not permitted.

EOIs must be submitted in hard copy before 2026-07-16. Technical presentations by eligible companies will be held on 2026-07-17 at 2:00 PM. Eligibility requires valid registration, sound financial standing and demonstrated technical capability.
