Tender: Supply of 90 ATMs, 1 CDM & 1 CRM – The Punjab Provincial Cooperative Bank Ltd (Lahore)

Issuer: The Punjab Provincial Cooperative Bank Ltd (Information Technology Division). The bank invites sealed bids from well-reputed authorized companies/dealers/suppliers/distributors registered with Sales Tax and Income Tax departments and having relevant experience.

Tender documents: Obtainable from the bank's head office on payment of PKR 1,000 (non-refundable) in the form of a pay order in favor of The Punjab Provincial Cooperative Bank Ltd, or downloadable from the bank website (www.ppcbl.com.pk). The procurement will follow the single-stage two-envelope procedure.

Bid security: Earnest money equivalent to 2% of the total estimated cost must accompany bids. Bid documents must include client list and an affidavit that the firm is not blacklisted or involved in litigation.

Submission & opening: Tender documents can be obtained from the date of advertisement. Sealed bids must be submitted by 2026-06-25 at 11:30 AM. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 12:00 PM in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend. Financial bids of technically shortlisted firms will be opened subsequently as notified. Any bid without required earnest money will be rejected.

Reservation: The bank reserves the right to accept/reject any bid, cancel the tender, accept part or whole of the tender, or increase/decrease quantities.
