WAPDA e-Bid: Removal of Sludge/Silt & GI Sheet Works at Jinnah Hydel Power Station, Kalabagh

Pakistan Water and Power Development Authority (WAPDA) through the Resident Engineer, Jinnah Hydel Power Station, Kalabagh invites electronic bids from firms/contractors registered with Income Tax & Sales Tax Departments, listed on the FBR Active Taxpayers List (ATL), and registered with PEC in the relevant category for the following work.

Key instructions:

- E-bidding documents and detailed terms & conditions/specifications are available on the e-procurement platform (EPADS/eprocure).

- Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS on or before the closing date and time. Manual bids will not be accepted. Electronic bids will be opened the same day in the Conference Room of the Office of the Resident Engineer, Jinnah Hydel Power Station, WAPDA Kalabagh, in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.

- Single Stage One Envelope procedure will be followed.

- Each bidder shall furnish bid security (CDR) as specified above in favor of Resident Engineer, JHPS Kalabagh. CDR must be uploaded with the electronic bid; the original CDR along with one copy of the bidding document must be submitted to the office of the undersigned before/at the time of closing.
