Invitation to bid for construction of a Daanish School at Tando Muhammad Khan, Sindh. Bidding documents are available from the office of the Project Engineer and on eprocure.gov.pk (EPADS). Manual submission without upload on EPADS is not allowed. Firms must meet the eligibility criteria in the bid document. Electronic bids must be submitted through EPADS; physical bid security in the form of a Call Deposit in favour of the Project Director PMU from a scheduled bank in Pakistan must be included as instructed.

• Pre-bid meeting: 11:30 AM on 2026-06-18 for clarifications (as per bid document).
• Bids must be submitted electronically on EPADS before the stated receiving time. Late bids will be rejected.
• Technical envelope must be stamped and signed by the firm and include firm name, address and authorized signatory. Photocopy of CNIC and power of attorney (if applicable) must be provided as required in the bid document.
• Bid security must be submitted as specified (Call Deposit in favour of Project Director PMU) and will be checked for compliance; bids without acceptable bid security will be rejected.
