Key submission & eligibility notes (summary):
- All bids must be submitted online via EPADS v2.0. Manual submissions will not be entertained.
- Bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 and pre-qualified/registered with DISCOs/NTDC/WAPDA as applicable.
- PEC certificate renewed for 2025-26 with required category/specialization (as listed) is mandatory. Bidders must be on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) and provide Income Tax returns; sales tax registration with PRA where required; valid CNIC of proprietor/partner/director.
- Bid Security: 2% of Tender Amount (per tender documents) in favor of Project Director Construction FESCO Faisalabad; valid for 120 days.
