CGA (Project SEHAL) RFP for SAP Consultancy Services to Develop Training Manuals & Deliver Trainings (RFP-57)

Issuer: Office of the Controller General of Accounts (CGA), Online Billing Solution SEHAL Project, CGA Complex, G-5/2, Islamabad.

Purpose: Invitation for proposals (RFP-57/MIS/FABS/Proc) to hire an experienced SAP consultancy firm to develop customized SAP training manuals and deliver capacity-building training sessions for the government-customized IFMIS/SAP training content and conduct capacity building sessions for CGA/SEHAL users.

Selection Method & Contract: QCBS (Quality and Cost Based Selection) with 50% technical and 50% financial weightage. Contract duration: 12 months (extendable based on operational need, satisfactory performance and budgetary provisions).

Proposal submission: Technical and financial proposals must be submitted separately in PDF format through the e-PADS / e-procurement portal indicated in the RFP. Original hard copy of the Proposal Security (bid security) of PKR 1,000,000/- must also be submitted in hard form in favor of the Finance Manager, Project SEHAL, Office of the Controller General of Accounts, Ground Floor, CGA Complex, G-5/2, Islamabad as specified in the RFP.
