NHA (Punjab-North) e-Bids: Operation, Management & Maintenance of Bus Bays (Multiple Locations)

Issuer: National Highway Authority (Ministry of Communications), Punjab-North Region (Central Zone). Subject: Invitation to e-Bids for award of contracts for operation, management and maintenance of bus bays with provision of public facilities on various national highways in Punjab.

Scope: Multiple bus-bay locations across Punjab (see advertisement for full list). Each location is offered as an individual contract on an Advance Quarterly Net Guaranteed Revenue basis. Monthly Net Reserve Prices and required Earnest Money (bid security) are specified for each location in the bidding documents.

Eligibility & bid security: Interested bidders must be registered with the Income Tax Department and appear on the Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue. Bid security in the form of CDR/FDR in favor of National Highway Authority (Road Maintenance Fund – Security Deposit) is required as specified per location. Bidding will be carried out on a Single Stage, Two Envelope basis.

Prospective bidders must download bidding documents and submit electronic bids through the NHA e-bidding system by the stated deadline. All bids must comply with the instructions in the bidding documents.

Key dates and proceedings: Deadline for submission of e-bids is 2022-06-30 until 11:00 hours. Technical bids will be opened on 2022-06-30 at 11:30 hours in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
