PMD (IFRAP) — Expression of Interest: Financial Management Specialist (Individual Consultant)

Issuer: Pakistan Meteorological Department (Project Implementation Unit) invites Expressions of Interest for the position of Financial Management Specialist (Individual Consultant) for the Integrated Flood Resilience and Adaptation Project (IFRAP), Component II — Strengthening Hydromet and Climate Services. Applicants should hold a professional accounting qualification (CA/ACCA/ACMA) and have a minimum of 10 years' experience managing finance for large national or international projects; experience with World Bank-funded projects is preferred.

Selection will follow the World Bank Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers. The consultant will be engaged on a full-time contract with the PIU-PMD in Islamabad.
