Ministry of Climate Change & Environmental Coordination Tender: Annual Repair, Maintenance & Services (FY 2026-27)

Issuer: Ministry of Climate Change & Environmental Coordination, Government of Pakistan (LG&RD Complex, Sector G-5/2, Islamabad). The Ministry invites sealed technical bids from companies/firms having established state-of-the-art workshops/offices in Islamabad/Rawalpindi or otherwise equipped with skilled manpower for purchase, repair, and maintenance services for the financial year 2026-27.

Number of tender(s): One (bundled/annual repairs & maintenance services). Procurement will follow PPRA rules under the Single Stage Single Envelope procedure — bids must contain both technical and financial proposals in a single submission.

Submission method & deadlines: Electronic bids must be submitted through EPADS (e-procurement portal) at https://eprocure.gov.pk on or before 2026-06-30 by 11:30 AM. Bids may also be dropped in the Ministry Tender Box (or uploaded) up to 11:30 AM on 2026-06-30 at the Ministry office: 4th Floor, Room No. 423, LG&RD Complex Building, G-5/2, Islamabad.

Opening of bids: 12:30 PM on 2026-06-30 in the Committee Room of the Ministry. One hard copy of the bid along with a refundable tender fee of PKR 3,000 must be submitted to the DDO, Ministry of Climate Change & Environmental Coordination on or before the bid closing date/time.

Notes: Bids/proposals should be submitted electronically through EPADS; a hard copy must also be provided to the undersigned before the closing date/time. The Ministry reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in accordance with PPRA Rules 2004.
