PECTAA Tender: Bids for Mark-up Rates on Reinvestment of Rs. 770 Million in One-Year TDRs (Lahore)

Punjab Education Curriculum, Training & Assessment Authority (PECTAA) invites sealed proposals for obtaining mark-up rates on reinvestment of Rs. 770 million in one-year Term Deposit Receipts (TDRs) currently placed in Bank of Punjab, Main Boulevard Gulberg-III, Lahore.

Eligible bidders: All Public, Private and Islamic Banks (excluding Specialized Banks, Development Finance Institutions, Microfinance Banks, and Foreign Banks operating in Pakistan) holding a minimum long-term rating of “AA” by JCR-VIS or PACRA, published by the State Bank of Pakistan and valid up to 05-08-2026 (at least).

Submission deadline: Sealed, signed and stamped mark-up proposals must reach the address below by 03:00 PM on 13-07-2026. Proposals will be opened the same day at 03:30 PM in the presence of the Finance Committee of PECTAA and branch managers or authorized representatives who attend. If the submission date is an official holiday, the next working day will be treated as the last date for submission.

PECTAA reserves the right to cancel or reject any or all proposals without assigning reasons.
