Tender: Annual Repairs & Maintenance Services – Ministry of Climate Change, Islamabad (Closing 2026-06-30)

Issuer: Ministry of Climate Change & Environmental Coordination, Government of Pakistan, LG&RD Complex, Sector G-5/2, Islamabad. The Ministry invites sealed/online technical bids from firms with established offices/works/shops in Islamabad/Rawalpindi and skilled manpower for purchase, repair and maintenance services for the financial year 2026–27.

Scope: Annual repairs, maintenance and related services. Bidders should submit offers for one or more of the listed service categories.

Submission and bid process:

• Electronic bids must be submitted through EPADS (e-Procurement) at https://eprocure.gov.pk (EPADS) on or before 2026-06-30 by 11:30 AM (closing time).
• A hard copy of the bid must also be delivered to the undersigned on or before bid closing date and time. Submissions by courier or email will not be considered.
• Procurement will follow PPRA rules using Single Stage Single Envelope Procedure; technical and financial proposals to be submitted together as required.
• Non-refundable tender fee: PKR 3,000 (hard copy) to be submitted to the DDO, MoCC&EC along with the hard copy on or before the closing date/time.
