Tender Notice — Annual Repairs, Maintenance & Services (Ministry of Climate Change), Islamabad

Ministry of Climate Change & Environmental Coordination, Government of Pakistan (LG&RD Complex, Sector G-5/2, Islamabad) invites sealed/online bids from established firms for purchase, repair and maintenance services during the financial year 2026–27. Number of tender(s): One. Submission is through the PPRA/EPADS e-procurement system or by dropping documents in the tender box as described below.

Submission & closing: Electronic bids must be submitted through EPADS (https://eprocure.gov.pk) on or before 2026-06-30 by 11:30 AM. Hard copy may also be provided and/or uploaded; bids may be dropped in the Tender Box up to 11:30 AM on 2026-06-30 at the Ministry office address below. One hard copy, along with a non-refundable tender fee of PKR 3,000, must be submitted to the Ministry on or before the closing date and time.

Opening of bids: 2026-06-30 at 12:30 PM in the Committee Room on the 3rd Floor (Purchase Committee), Ministry of Climate Change & Environmental Coordination.

Procedure & conditions: Procurement will be conducted under PPRA rules using the Single Stage – Single Envelope procedure. Bids/proposals shall be submitted electronically through EPADS; hard copies submitted by hand or courier after the closing time will not be considered. The Ministry reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per PPRA rules 2004.
