WAPDA invites electronic bids (EPADs) from original equipment manufacturers, authorized distributors, suppliers and contractors registered with Income Tax & Sales Tax Departments and listed on the Active Taxpayers List (FBR). Contracts on Delivered Duty Paid (D.D.P.) basis. Completion period: 120 days from Purchase Order.

How to apply: Electronic bids must be submitted via EPADs (www.eprocure.gov.pk) by 11:00 Hrs on 2026-06-30. Manual bids will not be accepted. Bids will be opened the same day at the specified times in the Conference Room, Units 1–10, Tarbela Power Station, in the presence of bidders' representatives. Single Stage Single Envelope procedure applies.
Bid security: Furnish specified bid security in CDR or Bank Guarantee in favor of Chief Engineer (Power), WAPDA, Tarbela. Insurance guarantees are not acceptable.
