Capital Development Authority (CDA) invites electronic Technical and Financial Proposals (Single Stage – Two Envelope Procedure, as per Rule-36(b) of PPR) for the architectural illumination of the National Assembly, Aiwan-e-Sadr, PM Secretariat and Supreme Court of Pakistan buildings on Constitution Avenue, Islamabad.
