Issuer: Pakistan Water & Power Development Authority (WAPDA) – Chief Engineer (Power), Hydel Power Station, Tarbela. Electronic bids are invited from original equipment manufacturers, authorized distributors, suppliers and contractors registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax departments and listed on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR. For works, bidders must hold the appropriate Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) license. Procurement on Delivered Duty Paid (D.D.P.) basis. Time for completion: 120 days from date of Purchase Order.

Manual bids will not be accepted. Bids will be opened the same day in the Conference Room, Units 1–10, Tarbela Power Station, in the presence of bidders' representatives at the times shown above. A single-stage single-envelope procedure will be followed.
Each bidder must furnish the stated bid security in the form of CDR or bank guarantee in favour of Chief Engineer (Power), WAPDA, Tarbela. Insurance guarantees are not acceptable. The notice is also available on PPRA and WAPDA websites.
