Pakistan Water & Power Development Authority (WAPDA), Tarbela Power Station, invites electronic bids (EPADS) for multiple procurement packages. Bidders must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments, listed on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR), and registered manufacturers, authorized distributors, suppliers or contractors as applicable. Completion period for each contract: 120 days from issuance of Purchase Order.

Submission & opening: Electronic bids must be submitted via EPADS (www.eprocure.gov.pk) by 11:00 Hrs on the stated opening date. Manual bids will not be accepted. Electronic bids will be opened on 2026-06-30 at the respective times in the Conference Room, Units 1–10, Tarbela Power Station, in the presence of bidders' authorized representatives. A single-stage single-envelope procedure will be followed.
Bid security must be furnished in the form of CDR/Bank Guarantee in favor of Chief Engineer (Power), WAPDA, Tarbela. Insurance guarantees are not acceptable.
