Ministry of Climate Change — Tender for Annual Repairs & Maintenance Services (Bid closing 2026-06-30)

Issuer: Ministry of Climate Change & Environmental Coordination, Government of Pakistan (LG&RDD Complex, G-5/2, Islamabad).

Purpose: Sealed technical bids are invited from companies/firms for annual repairs, maintenance and related services at ministry workshops/offices in Islamabad/Rawalpindi for the financial year 2026–27.

Submission & bid process: Electronic bids must be submitted through the PPRA/EPADS e-procurement system (https://eprocure.gov.pk). A single-stage, single-envelope procedure will be used; technical and financial proposals are to be submitted together.

A hard copy of the bid must ALSO be submitted on or before the closing date/time. A refundable tender fee of PKR 3,000 must accompany the hard copy and be submitted to the DDO, Ministry of Climate Change & Environmental Coordination (MUCC&EC) by the bid closing date/time. Submissions by courier, email or any other mode (other than EPADS and the required hard copy) will not be considered.

Closing date & time: Bids must be uploaded via EPADS and may also be dropped in the ministry Tender Box up to 11:30 AM on 2026-06-30 at Ministry of Climate Change & Environmental Coordination, 4th Floor, Room No. 423, LG&RDD Complex Building, G-5/2, Islamabad.

Opening of bids: 12:30 PM on 2026-06-30 in the Committee Room (3rd Floor) of the Ministry; bids will be opened through EPADS by the Purchase Committee on the same day.

Additional notes: Bids/proposals shall be submitted electronically through EPADS. One hard copy along with the refundable tender fee (PKR 3,000) must be provided on or before closing date/time. Procurement will be conducted in accordance with PPRA Rules. The Ministry reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per PPRA Rules 2004.
