CMU Invitation to Bid — Transport Services for ITN Mass Campaign to Merged Districts (Khyber Pakhtunkhwa)

Common Management Unit (CMU) for the Global Fund (AIDS, TB & Malaria) invites sealed bids for hiring transportation services to deliver Insecticidal Treated Nets (ITNs) to selected merged districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa under the Global Fund malaria grant. Eligible Pakistan-registered transport firms with valid income/sales tax registration and active taxpayer status (FBR ATL) may obtain bidding documents from www.cmu.gov.pk/tenders or by emailing [email protected] from 2026-07-11 until 2026-07-25. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 2026-07-16 at 11:00 AM.

Bids must be submitted through the PPRA e-procurement system (https://eproc.gov.pk) and delivered as sealed packages by registered mail, courier, or by hand to the CMU office in Islamabad no later than 2026-07-28 at 11:00 AM; public opening will follow at 11:30 AM. A refundable bid security of PKR 500,000 (DD/Call Deposit/Bank Guarantee) in favor of Directorate of Malaria Control is required with the technical bid.
