Punjab Highways Department, Executive Engineer Highway Division Khanewal (Superintending Engineer Highway Circle Multan) invites e-tenders from PEC-registered contractors for multiple road construction and rehabilitation works in Mian Channu / Khanewal / Kabirwala areas. Bidders must be registered on the Punjab e-Procurement system and hold a valid renewed PEC license for Financial Year 2025-26.
Key conditions: earnest money (bid security) must be submitted ONLY as CDR in favour of Executive Engineer Highway Division Khanewal (5% of DNIT). Original CDR must be furnished half an hour before opening of bids or the bid will be treated as non-responsive. Lowest evaluated bidder will submit Performance Security (10% of contract amount) within 15 days of receipt of letter of acceptance. Bids to be uploaded on Punjab e-Procurement; submitted bids will be downloaded and publicly opened in presence of Tender Opening Committee. Submission of false documents (e.g., CDR, PEC license) will lead to disqualification. The procuring agency may reject any or all bids as per PPRA rules.
Submission / opening: Bids will be opened on 2026-06-29 at 14:00 hrs (02:00 PM). Contractors are required to attend the office of the Commissioner Multan Division/concerned office at the stated time where bids will be downloaded in presence of the Tender Opening Committee.
