Sahiwal Institute of Cardiology — Invitation for Bids: Outsourcing Janitorial Services (FY 2026-27)

Sahiwal Institute of Cardiology invites e-bids from eligible, technically and financially qualified firms for the outsourcing of janitorial services for the financial year 2026-27. Procurement will follow the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Bidding documents are available free of cost on the Punjab e-Procurement System (e-PADS) and the PPRA website and must be submitted online through e-PADS.

Key requirements and instructions:

- Eligible firms must have established technical, financial and managerial credentials.

- Earnest money (bid security) of 2% of the quoted price is required and must be submitted in the shape of CDR / Bank Guarantee / Bank Draft / Pay Order in favor of Executive Director, Sahiwal Institute of Cardiology, Sahiwal. Bid security submitted from company officials or other than company/official accounts will not be accepted.

- Single Stage – Two Envelope bidding procedure will be applied. Bids must be submitted electronically through e-PADS (https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk). Bidding documents and instructions are also available at PPRA (https://ppra.punjab.gov.pk) and may be downloaded free of cost.

- The procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject any bid as per the Punjab Procurement Rules. Late or incomplete bids will be rejected. Response time for any timelines will be calculated from the date of publication on the PPRA/e-PADS websites.
