Tender: Rental Installation of CCTV, Walk-Through Gates & Security Systems — Deputy Commissioner Chakwal FY 2026-27

Office of the Deputy Commissioner, Chakwal invites e-bids from contractors/authorized dealers/firms registered for e-procurement on the Punjab e-Procurement / e-PADS system and registered with FBR & PRA (NTN and PTN) for provision of security systems on rental basis for FY 2026-27.

Important submission details:

- E-bids must be submitted online only via the e-Procurement System (EPADS): punjab.epprocure.gov.pk.

- E-bids submission date & time: 2026-06-29 at 11:30 AM. E-bids opening date & time: 2026-06-29 at 12:00 Noon.

- All e-bids must be accompanied by Bid Security equal to 2% of the estimated cost (as above) in the name of Deputy Commissioner, Chakwal, in the form of CDR/Bank Guarantee/Demand Draft/Pay Order. Original bid security instrument must be submitted in an envelope clearly marked with the bidding document number and title to the Deputy Commissioner office, District Complex, Chakwal, before the e-bid submission deadline.

- Single-stage single-envelope bidding procedure will be used. Late e-bids will be rejected. The procuring authority may reject all bids/proposals at any time prior to acceptance under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014.

- Bidders should ensure timely upload on the E-PADS portal and refer to the PPRA tender listing (http://eproc.punjab.gov.pk/ViewTender.aspx) for publication timing and details.
