Submission and bid conditions:
- Technical bids must be accompanied by 2% bid security in the form of CDR / Demand Draft / Pay Order in favor of Treasurer, University of Gujrat.
- Bids must be submitted through the Punjab E-Procurement portal (http://www.punjab.eprocure.gov.pk) and reach the Office of the Director Purchase, University of Gujrat, by 2026-06-23 at 01:00 PM.
- Bids will be opened on the same day at 01:30 PM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
- University will not be responsible for delays or non-delivery by courier/post; if the submission date is a holiday, the next working day will be treated as closing date.
- The University may reject any or all bids as allowed under Rule-35 of Punjab Procurement Rules 2014.
