Important submission requirements (as stated):

- Registration with professional bodies (e.g., PEC) and list/photocopies of enlistment with private, semi-government and government organizations.
- Affidavit confirming the firm is not blacklisted or involved in litigation with any government/autonomous agency.
- If a quoted bid is more than 10% below engineer estimate, additional bid security will be required by the successful bidder up to the extent of the bid below 10% in form of CDR/Pay Order, to be produced within seven (7) days of issuance of acceptance letter.
- The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per PPRA rules.
