Pakistan Sports Board Tender: Flood Lights & Poles for Naseer Bunda Hockey Stadium, Islamabad

Pakistan Sports Board (Ministry of Inter Provincial Coordination), Islamabad invites sealed/e-procurement bids for supply, installation, testing and commissioning of flood lights and poles at Naseer Bunda Hockey Stadium (PSC), Islamabad.

Key submission details: Tender documents must be downloaded and uploaded via the e-procurement portal (eprocurement.gov.pk). The tender notice is also available on the Pakistan Sports Board website (www.sports.gov.pk) and the PPRA website. Applications must be submitted through EPADS with complete information; manual submissions will not be entertained.

Required documents: name, address, telephone/fax, email, office & branches (if any), National Tax Number, proof of firm on ATL, PEC registration, registration with professional bodies (PEC), list with photocopies of enlistment with any private, semi-government and government organizations, and an affidavit stating the firm is not blacklisted or involved in litigation with any government/autonomous agency.

Special conditions: If a bid is quoted more than 10% below engineer estimate, additional bid security will be sought from the successful bidder up to the extent of the bid below 10% in the form of CDR/Pay Order. The competent authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per PPRA Rules 33.
