Office of the Project Director, Engineering Wing, Peoples University of Medical & Health Sciences for Women (PUMHSW) Shaheed Benazirabad invites sealed/ electronic tenders for maintenance & repair (M&R) of Bus Parking Shed & Flat M-51.

Submission & payment: Electronic bids must be submitted through SPPRA EPADS. Hard copy of signed documents and required original/verification documents must be provided as instructed. Earnest money should be submitted in permitted forms (C.D.R./Pay Order/Demand Draft) in favour of "PUMHSW Other Receipts Account" as per rules.

Eligibility & qualification (summary): Valid PEC registration in the required category; registration with tax authorities and submission of income tax returns for the last three years; list of similar assignments executed over the past three years as proof of experience; affidavit that the firm has not been blacklisted; annual turnover requirement will be verified from bank statements.

Bid conditions & procedure: Single-stage, one-envelope procurement. Bids not accompanied by required bid security, unsigned/stamped bids, conditional or telegraphic bids, or bids from blacklisted firms will be rejected. Bid validity: 90 days. If the scheduled opening date is a holiday, bids will be opened on the next working day.
